What the Titanic survivors can teach us about the Resurrection

Survivors of the Titanic reported that the ship had split in half before going under. However, "experts" who were not there, including maritime architects, told them this was impossible and couldn't possibly have happened. Therefore, for 73 years, the eyewitness reports were put down to panic, hysteria, and their eyes playing tricks. Whenever a survivor made the claim that it had been split in half, they were "corrected" by officials.

However, in 1985, when the wreck was discovered on the seabed, the two halves were found 2,000 feet apart and the eyewitnesses were finally vindicated.
