Recently, a Somalian immigrant to Britain went on a murderous rampage around Golders Green in London trying to kill innocent people on the street. When the police tackled him and used force to retrieve his knife so that others may not be harmed, Liberals were furious, insisting that the police had been too rough.

This was entirely predictable. Why is it that the Left seems so keen to take the side of criminals and terrorists? When Brits demanded that the Pakistani Grooming Gangs were investigated and punished, the Left were there to block the enquiry. When El Salvador began jailing all its gang members in 2022, the Left were there to protest. When the United States began trying to deport its illegal migrants in 2026, the Left did all it could to stop it happening.

What's going on? In this episode, we explore the Left's naive belief that all the world's problems can be solved with gentleness and make the point that we must learn to love hard justice once again. Because if we don't punish the guilty, we end up punishing the innocent.
